Vince Romao
Southwest District Sales and Technical Manager
Territory: Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada (Las Vegas and Clark County), New Mexico, Southern California (Fresno and south of Fresno), Utah
As a former Marine Corps officer and Desert Storm veteran, Vince is no stranger to strategizing and implementing effective defensive tactics. Since leaving the Marine Corps, he has put those skills to work helping his customers win the war against pests.
Vince’s fearlessness in the face of a challenge serves him well as he works with customers in his home state of California. Over the past several years, multiple new restrictions on pest control products have emerged, reducing the available weapons that PMPs have to combat rodents. In addition to educating his clients about alternative solutions that comply with state policy, Vince continues to advocate for PMPs in hopes to limit further restrictions.
In his time away from work, he enjoys traveling to historic sites, a stand-out among his many hobbies, which also include hiking, golfing, playing guitar and sipping on some fine Cabernet. However, Vince’s job is never far from his mind, as this master strategist will often spend even his free time thinking about pest control tactics.
Vince’s greatest pride is his son, who committed himself to service like his father, working as a firefighter, EMT and paramedic in the Atlanta area.
Biggest Surprise Found in Your Work
“I love the training, education and field work I get to do with my customers on their rodent control programs. I have been surprised at how much value I can bring to technicians by educating them about the rodenticides they use.”
