He often spent time on his grandparents’ dairy farm in Wisconsin, where he saw how effective pest management can impact the success of a business, increase sanitation and improve safety. These early exposures connecting success and pest management drove his passion for the industry and helped kickstart a long and successful career.

Today, Matt brings his authority and instincts to his role as the leader of Liphatech’s structural pest control division, guiding his team of experienced people as they provide intelligent solutions to their customers’ toughest pest problems. His success is supported by his natural curiosity and excitement to meet new people, two strengths fostered by his love of travel.
