Martinez retires after 15 years with Liphatech, including 11 years as CEO; Dillon brings broad leadership experience and deep knowledge of the organization to her new role
MILWAUKEE (September 15, 2026)—Liphatech Inc., a leading provider of rodent control solutions and a De Sangosse Group (DSG) company, today announced the retirement of CEO Manny Martinez following 15 years of service to the company, including the past 11 years as CEO. Jennifer Dillon has been named Martinez’s successor and assumed the role of CEO effective September 1, 2026, the beginning of Liphatech’s 2027 fiscal year.

Under Martinez’s leadership, Liphatech strengthened its position within the U.S. rodent control market through a combination of strategic vision, disciplined execution and the commitment of its employees. His tenure helped establish a strong foundation for the company’s continued growth under Dillon’s leadership.
Dillon has worked closely alongside Martinez for many years and has progressively expanded her responsibilities across Liphatech in preparation for the leadership transition.
Throughout her 12-year tenure with the company, Dillon has developed extensive knowledge of Liphatech’s people, operations, processes and strategic priorities. Her leadership experience spans Human Resources, Quality, Information Technology, Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Research and Development, Customer Service and Graphics, as well as more recent responsibilities involving Operations and Production.
Dillon also has gained significant exposure to Liphatech’s commercial, marketing and financial management activities, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the organization and its customers.
